MAHAYAG, ZamboSur (Aug. 31, 2018) – The Combined
operatives of Mahayag MPS and Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company
(ZSPMFC) arrested wnted person during the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay
Bongbong, Ozamis City at about 5:00 PM of August 30, 2018
The
operating troops identified the arrested wanted person as Richard Nacua y
Padollon, 28 years old, with live-in partner, carpenter and a resident of Purok
5, Barangay Carangan Buli, Ozamis City.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Estafa (Art.
318, RPC) with criminal case no. 5090-M) signed and issued by Hon. Crislyn
Pangindian, Presiding Judge 11th MCTC of Mahayag-Dumingag and Josefina,
Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur dated January 17, 2018, with No bail recommended.
The
arrested subject person is now under the custody of Mahayag MPS for proper
