MAHAYAG, Zamboanga del Sur (May 8, 2018J) – The joint
PNP personnel of Mahayag Municipal Police Station conducted police operation
(Service of Arrest Warrant) Monday at about 5:00pm
in Purok 5, Barangay Kabuhi, Mahayag of this province.
The operation resulted to the arrest successful
of Sunny Boy Olisaman Cleopas, 48 years old, married, farmer, and resident of
Purok 5, Barangay Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Hon. Jaime C Caberte, Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region,
Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for violation of RA
7610 or otherwise know as Protection against child abuse, exploitation and
discrimination.
The case docketed under criminal case number
2018-10-3531, dated April 26, 2018 with bail bond recommended of thirty
thousand pesos (PHP 30,000.00).
Subject person is now temporary detained at
Mahayag MPS awaiting court disposition.
