NAHAYAG, Zamboanga del Sur (April
19, 2018) – The combined operatives of Mahayag Municipal police Station and
Dumingag Police Station conducted a joint manhunt operation
Wednesday at 1:00pm in Purok Dancing Lady, Barangay San Pedro, Dumingag of this
province.
The joint operation resulted to the
successful arrest of the suspect identified as Nonic Sansa Tangkay, 46 years old,
married, LGU Casual Employee and a resident of the said place for the crime of
Reckless Imprudence resulting to Homicide.
The suspect was arrested by virtue
of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Crislyn C. Pangindian, 11th
Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Mahayag-Dumingag and Josefina, Ninth Judicial
Region, Mahayag of this province docketed under Criminal Case No. 5117-d with
bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty fixed in the amount of Twelve
Thousand Pesos (P12, 000.00).
The accused is
now temporary detained at Mahayag MPS locke-up cell for proper disposition. (Jong Cadion)
