MAHAYAG, Zamboanga del Sur (May 6, 2018) – PNP
elements of Mahayag MPS conducted police operation (Service of Warrant of
Arrest) thru intelligence driven operation at Purok Palayan, Barangay San Isidro,
Mahayag of this province and arreswted the rape suspect Saturday at about
5:50pm.
Police identified the arrested suspect as Andres
Lory Lina, 51 years old, farmer by occupation and a resident of said place.
Accused has a pending warrant of arrest for the
crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 with corresponding bail bond for his
temporary liberty, to wit:
-a. Case no. 2018-10-3532, One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P120,
000.00);
-b. Case no. 2018-103533, One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P120,
000.00);
c.
Case no. 2018-10-3534, Forty Thousand Pesos (40,000.00).
Arrested person is now temporary detained at
Mahayag MPS detention cell awaiting for commitment order from the court.
